(a)in the title, omit “Petty Sessions District of ….” and “County Court Division of ….”;
(b)in Part I—
(i)after “Clerk of Petty Sessions”, omit “for the said District”; and
(ii)after “Chief Clerk”, omit “for the said Division”;
(c)in Part II—
(i)omit “for the County Court Division of ….”; and
(ii)after “Chief Clerk”, omit “for the said Division”;
(d)in Part III, after “Chief Clerk”, omit “for the said Division”; and
(e)in Part IV, after “Clerk of Petty Sessions”, omit “for the said District”.
