25. In the Sea Fishing (Restriction on Days at Sea) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005(1), in Article 24(3), for the words from “in a petty sessions district” to the end, substitute “in Northern Ireland, paragraphs (1) and (2) shall apply as if the fine were imposed by a court in Northern Ireland.”.
