The Housing Benefit (Amendment No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016 No. 326

Citation and commencement N.I.

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Housing Benefit (Amendment No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016.

(2) This regulation and regulation 7 come into operation on 14th September 2016.

(3) The remaining provisions of these Regulations come into operation on [F1 20th February 2017] .
