The Housing Benefit (Amendment No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016

Interpretation N.I.

2.—(1) In these Regulations—

“the Housing Benefit Regulations” means the Housing Benefit Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006(1); and

“the Housing Benefit (State Pension Credit) Regulations” means the Housing Benefit (Persons who have attained the qualifying age for state pension credit) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006(2).

(2) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954(3) shall apply to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.
