The Road Traffic (Fixed Penalty) (Offences) Order (Northern Ireland) 199744 is amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

In item 5645 of Schedule 1 (fixed penalty offences) for “Community Recording Equipment Regulation” substitute “Regulation (EU) No. 165/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 February 2014 on tachographs in road transport46, as read with the Community Drivers’ Hours and Recording Equipment (Exemptions and Supplementary Provisions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 200947”.
