Coming into operation
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 5, 101(1), (4)(a), (c), and (g), (5), (5B) and (7) of the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 20151, Article 22 of the Welfare Reform and Work (Northern Ireland) Order 20162 and section 60(1) and (2)(a) of the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act (Northern Ireland) 20003.
These powers are exercisable by the Secretary of State by virtue of Article 4(1)(a) and (b) of the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 20154.
