5.  In Part 3 (working age benefits) of the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015—

[F1 (a) in Chapter 2 (employment and support allowance)—

(i) Article 57(4) comes into force on 17th March 2016;

(ii) Article 57(1) to (3) and Article 58 come into force on 28th November 2016;]

(b) in Chapter 3 (income support), Article 64 (entitlement of lone parents to income support etc.) comes into force on 16th January 2017.
