54.—(1) Subject to paragraphs (2) and (3), the following regulations are revoked—

(a)Working Time Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1998 M1;

(b)Working Time (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1998 M2;

(c)Working Time (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999 M3;

(d)Working Time (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000 M4;

(e)Working Time (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2002 M5;

(f)Working Time (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 M6;

(g)Working Time (Amendment No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 M7;

(h)The Working Time (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006 M8;

(i)The Working Time (Amendment No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006 M9;

(j)The Working Time (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007 M10; and

(k)The Working Time (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009 M11.

(2) The revocations in paragraph (1) do not affect the amendments made by those Regulations to the Industrial Tribunals (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 and to the 1996 Order.

(3) The provisions saved by paragraph (2) have effect subject to the amendments made by regulation 53(2) and (3).
