35.—(1) The Official Feed and Food Controls Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009 M1 are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) In Schedule 2 (definition of relevant feed law)—
(a)omit paragraph (b); and
(b)in paragraph (e), for “the Feed Hygiene and Enforcement Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005” substitute “ the Animal Feed (Hygiene, Sampling etc. and Enforcement) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016 ”.
(c)Omit Schedule 7.
