Amendment of regulation 7

4.  In regulation 7 (Application for producer registration)(1)—

(a) at the end of paragraph (4)(d) omit “;” and insert “.”;

(b) in paragraph (4) omit sub-paragraph (f); and

(c) omit paragraph (10).
