MAGISTRATES’ COURTS;PROCEDURE

These Rules amend the Magistrates’ Courts Rules (Northern Ireland) 1984 (S.R. 1984 No. 225) to —prescribe the process for the defence to bring an application for an order for access to premises under section 94(1) of the Justice Act (Northern Ireland) 2015; andto substitute an amended form of summons (Form 2) to take account of the power of a Public Prosecutor to issue a summons in accordance with section 93 of the Justice Act (Northern Ireland) 2015.
