The Social Security (Miscellaneous Amendments No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2017

The Department for Communities makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 22(5ZA), 48B(5)(a), 64(1), 70(4), 71(6), 122(1)(a) and (d), 132(3) and (4), 132A(3) and 171(1) and (3) to (5) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 19921, sections 1(1), 5(1A) and 165(1), (4) and (5) of the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 19922, Article 14(1) and (4) of the Jobseekers (Northern Ireland) Order 19953, Articles 10(1)(a) and 74(1) and (5) of the Social Security (Northern Ireland) Order 19984, and now vested in it5, section 15(3) and (6) of the State Pension Credit Act (Northern Ireland) 20026, section 17(1) and (3) of the Welfare Reform Act (Northern Ireland) 20077 and Articles 82(3) and 97 of the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 20158.
