The Social Security (Miscellaneous Amendments No. 3) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2017

The Department for Communities1 makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 122(1)(a) and (d), 123(1)(e), 129A(2), 131(1), 132(3) and (4)(b), 132A(3) and 171(1) and (3) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 19922, sections 5(1)(k) and 165(1) and (4) of the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 19923, Article 14(1) and (4)(b) of the Jobseekers (Northern Ireland) Order 19954, Articles 11(6) and 74(1) of the Social Security (Northern Ireland) Order 19985, and now vested in it6, and section 59 of, and paragraphs 4(5) and 20(1) of Schedule 7 to, the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act (Northern Ireland) 20007, sections 2(3)(b), 12(2) and (3), 15(3) and (6)(b) and 19(1) and (3) of the State Pension Credit Act (Northern Ireland) 20028, and section 17(1) and (3)(b) of the Welfare Reform Act (Northern Ireland) 20079.
