Amendment of the Social Fund Maternity and Funeral Expenses (General) Regulations

20.  In regulation 10(1A) (deductions from an award of a funeral payment) of the Social Fund Maternity and Funeral Expenses (General) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005(1) for sub-paragraph (b) substitute—

“(b) bereavement support payment under section 29 of the Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2015;”.
