Amendment of the Rate of Bereavement Benefits Regulations

26.  In regulation 3 and in the heading (rate of widowed parent’s allowance and bereavement allowance) of the Rate of Bereavement Benefits Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010(1) omit “and bereavement allowance”.
