The Department for Infrastructure is a Northern Ireland department designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972(1) in relation to the environment.
The Department for Infrastructure makes the following Regulation in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 (2) of the European Communities Act 1972.
