at the time that the notice in the Belfast Gazette relating to those drainage works is published under regulation 8(1), all information that is relevant to them;

any other information which is relevant to a determination under regulation 16 and which only becomes available after the time that the public was given notice in accordance with regulation 8(1)(f) whether as a result of a request from the Commission under regulation 8(6) or otherwise; and

any further information which is relevant to the assessment under regulation 16 and which only became available after the time that the notice in the Belfast Gazette relating to those drainage works was published under regulation 9(2).
