This Order may be cited as the Attorney General’s Human Rights Guidance (Domestic Abuse and Stalking) Order (Northern Ireland) 2018 and shall come into operation on 29th May 2018.

The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 shall apply to this Order as it applies to an Act of the Assembly4.
