The Attorney General’s Human Rights Guidance (Domestic Abuse and Stalking) Order (Northern Ireland) 2018

has, in pursuance of section 8(1) of the Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 20041, issued guidance on international human rights standards relevant to domestic abuse and stalking in respect of the Police Service of Northern Ireland, the Public Prosecution Service for Northern Ireland, the Probation Board for Northern Ireland and the Northern Ireland Courts and Tribunals Service;

has, in accordance with section 8(3)(a) of the Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2004, published that guidance on his website;

has, in accordance with section 8(3)(b) of that Act, laid that guidance before the Assembly2;

has, in accordance with section 8(1A) and section 8(5A) of that Act, consulted the Advocate General for Northern Ireland3.
