The Department of Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 101D(5), (6), (7) and (8) of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012(1), makes the following Order:

2012 c.9. Sections 101A to 101J were inserted by section 168 of the Policing and Crime Act 2017 (2017 c. 3).
