Title and commencement

1.  This Order may be cited as the Whole of Government Accounts (Designation of Bodies) (No.2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2018 and shall come into operation on 16^th July 2018.

Designation of Bodies

2.  For the purposes of section 15 of the Government Resources and Accounts Act (Northern Ireland) 2001, the Department designates the bodies listed in the Schedule in respect of the financial year ending with 31st March 2018.
