The Department for Communities makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 108(1) and (2) and 171(1) and (3) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 19921 and now vested in it2.
It is satisfied of the matters referred in section 108(2) of that Act.
