The Department for Communities makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 109(1), (6) and (7), 177(2) to (4) and 178(1) of the Pension Schemes (Northern Ireland) Act 19931, Articles 35(4), 36(1), (1A)(a) and (9) and 166(1) to (3) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 19952, and now vested in it3, and Articles 280(1)(b) and 287(2) and (3) of, and paragraph 33(1) of Schedule 6 to, the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 20054.
