These Regulations implement, as respects Northern Ireland, some of the provisions of Council Directive 2013/59/Euratom (OJ No L13, 17.1.2041, pl) laying down basic safety standards for protection against the dangers from exposure to ionising radiation. The Directive repeals Directives 89/618/Euratom, 90/641/Euratom, 96/26/Euratom, 97/43/Euratom and 20013/122/Euratom.
Employer’s duties: clinical audit7
The employer’s procedures must include provision for the carrying out of clinical audit as appropriate.
