Coming into operation

The Department for Communities1, being a Department designated2 for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19723 in relation to personal and occupational pensions, makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by that section and Articles 55(2)(h) and 88(2)(q) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 20054.
