8.—(1) The EC Fertilisers Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006(1) are amended as follows—
(2) In regulation 2 (Interpretation), in the definition of “the Community Regulation”, at the end, add “as amended from time to time”.
(3) Omit regulation 15 (Competent laboratories).
(4) In paragraph (c) of regulation 16 (Treatment of samples), for “33”, substitute “30”.
