3. In regulation 1(3) (Citation, commencement and interpretation)—
(a)in the definition of “the Community Regulation” at the end add “as amended by Directive 2010/63/EU of the European Parliament of the Council(1)”;
(b)for the definition of “the Directive” substitute—
““the Directive” means Directive 2008/98/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on waste (2) as last amended by Directive (EU) 2017/997(3);”; and
(c)in the definition of “the End of Life Vehicles Directive” omit from “as amended” to the end and replace with “as last amended by Directive (EU) 2017/2096/EC(4);”.
