6. In regulation 2(2) (Interpretation), for the definition of “Bathing Water Directive” substitute—
““Bathing Water Directive” means Directive 2006/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the management of bathing water quality as last amended by Council Directive 2013/64/EU(1);”.
