9. In regulation 2(1) (Interpretation), for the definition of “the Water Framework Directive” substitute—
““the Water Framework Directive” means Directive 2000/60/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a framework for Community action in the field of water policy as last amended by Commission Directive 2014/101/EU(1).”.
