These Regulations may be cited as the Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2018 and come into operation on 17th January 2019.

These Regulations apply to Northern Ireland only in so far as they do not deal with import and export controls and trade with any place outside the United Kingdom, within the meaning of paragraph 20 of Schedule 3 to the Northern Ireland Act 19983.
