Amendment of regulation 16 (obligation of employers to employ qualified employees)

13.  In regulation 16—

(a) in sub-paragraph (a), for “303/2008”, substitute “2015/2067”; and

(b) in sub-paragraph (c), for “305/2008”, substitute “2015/2066”.
