Regulation 18 is amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).

In paragraph (1), for “(5)”, substitute “(8)”.

After paragraph 18(6), insert—

The district council must comply with a direction given to it under paragraph (2).

A direction given under paragraph (2) may be revoked or modified by a further direction given under that paragraph.
