The Department for Communities makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 16(1) and (3), 32A(4)(a) and (b), 32C(1) and (2)(h), (k), (l), (n), (o) and (p), 32D(1)(b), 32E(2)(a) and (b), 32F(1)(b), 32I, 32J(1) and (2)(d), (e) and (i), 32K(1)(b), 37(11), 38E, 47(1) and (2)(i), 48(4) and paragraph 4(1) of Schedule 4B to the Child Support (Northern Ireland) Order 19911, and now vested in it2.
