Coming into operation

The Secretary of State and the Department of Health in Northern Ireland1 make the following Regulations. They do so in the exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) and (5) of the European Communities Act 19722, having been designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the Act in relation to medicinal products3.
