Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Valuation (Telecommunications, Natural Gas and Water) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2018 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2018.
Amendment of the Valuation (Telecommunications, Natural Gas and Water) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010
2. For Part 2 of the Schedule to the Valuation (Telecommunications, Natural Gas and Water) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010(1) there shall be substituted the Part 2 set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
