Citation, commencement and interpretation1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Residues (Charges and Examination) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2019 and shall come into operation on 15th March 2019.
(2)
The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 19549 shall apply to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Northern Ireland Assembly.
