In regulation 12(f) of the Civil Contingencies Act 2004 (Contingency Planning) Regulations 2005(1) for “Radiation (Emergency Preparedness and Public Information) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2001” substitute “Radiation (Emergency Preparedness and Public Information) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2019”.
S.I. 2005/2042. Regulation 12 has been amended, but that amendment is not relevant to this rule.
