The Child Support Maintenance Calculation Regulations (Northern Ireland) 201212 are amended as follows.

In regulation 35(2) (historic income) substitute—

The amount identified as income for the purposes of paragraph (1)(a) is to be taken after any deduction for relative pension contributions made by the non-resident parent’s employer in accordance with net pay arrangements.
