The Public Service Vehicles (International Passenger Services) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2019, Section 18 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 05 March 2025. 18.—(1) A person guilty of an offence under Article 4(1) of Regulation 1073/2009 (requirement to possess a Community licence) is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 4 on the standard scale.
(2) A person guilty of any other offence under these Regulations is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale.
