18. In regulation 2 (Interpretation) of the Drinking Milk Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008(1) in the definition of “the Council Regulation” after “(Single CMO Regulation)” insert “as last amended by Council Regulation (EU) No 517/2013(2) and subject to repeal, savings and transitional arrangements given effect by Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council;(3)”.
