The Food Irradiation Regulations (Northern Ireland) 200956 are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).

For Schedule 3 (List of approved facilities in Member states) substitute Schedule 4 to these regulations.

For Schedule 4 (List of facilities in countries outside the European Community) substitute Schedule 5 to these regulations.
