The Honey Regulations (Northern Ireland) 201578 are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

In regulation 3 (General interpretation)—
a
in the definition of “FIC” after “No. 608/2004”, insert “as last amended by Regulation (EU) 2015/2283 of the European Parliament and of the Council”; and
b
in the definition of “the Honey Directive” after “relating to honey” insert “as last amended by Directive 2014/63/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council”79.
