The Honey Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015

31.—(1) The Honey Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015(1) are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

(2) In regulation 3 (General interpretation)—

(a) in the definition of “FIC” after “No. 608/2004”, insert “as last amended by Regulation (EU) 2015/2283 of the European Parliament and of the Council”; and

(b) in the definition of “the Honey Directive” after “relating to honey” insert “as last amended by Directive 2014/63/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council”(2).
