38.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2), the following regulations are revoked—
(a)the Nitrates Action Programme Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014;
(b)the Phosphorus (Use in Agriculture) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014 M1;
(c)the Nitrates Action Programme (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015 M2;and
(d)regulations 10 and 11 of the Pesticides, Genetically Modified Organisms and Fertilisers (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2018 M3.
(2) Table 1a of Schedule 1 to the Nitrates Action Programme Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014 shall continue to have effect until 31st December 2019.
