15. In regulation 2(2) (interpretation)—
(a)for the definition of “cattle passport” substitute—
““cattle passport” means a document issued by the appropriate competent authority containing the information set out in Article 6.1 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 911/2004 (laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1760/2000 as regards eartags, holding registers and passports in the framework of the system for the identification and registration of bovine animals), as last amended by Council Regulation (EU) No. 653/2014”;”; and
(b)in the definition of “the Council Regulation”, after “820/97” insert “, as last amended by Council Regulation (EU) No 653/2014”.
