The Department of Health1, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 14(4) and 297(3), paragraph 5(1)(a) of Schedule 1, paragraph 1(2) and 3(1)(a) of Schedule 2 and paragraph 3(1)(a) of Schedule 3 to the Mental Capacity Act (Northern Ireland) 20162, makes the following Regulation:
