The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 122(1)(a) and (d), 129A(2), 131(1), 132(3) and (4), 132A(3), 133(1) and 171(1), (3) and (4) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 19921, Articles 2(2), 6(4), 14(1) and (4) and 36(2)(a) of the Jobseekers (Northern Ireland) Order 19952, sections 2(3)(b), 15(3) and (6), 17(1) and 19(1) and (3) of the State Pension Credit Act (Northern Ireland) 20023, sections 4(2), 17(1) and (3), 24(1) and 25(2)(a) of the Welfare Reform Act (Northern Ireland) 20074 and Articles 5, 13(3)(b), 24(2)(d) and (3), and 48(1) and (2)(a) of, and paragraph 4(1) and (3) of Schedule 1 and paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 6 to, the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 20155.
