PART 2 AMENDMENT OF THE EDUCATION (STUDENT SUPPORT) (No.2) REGULATIONS (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2009

Amendment of the Education (Student Support) (No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009

2.  The Education (Student Support) (No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009(1) are amended in accordance with regulation 3.

3.  In regulation 25(14)(2) (amount of the fee loan)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (b)(i) for ‘£4,275’ substitute ‘£4,395’.
