The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs1 makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 127(1) and (3A) of the Fisheries Act (Northern Ireland) 19662 and section 6(1) of the Sea Fish Conservation Act 19673, and now vested in it.
