1. This Order may be cited as the Rates (Automatic Telling Machines) (Designation of Rural Areas) Order (Northern Ireland) 2020 and shall come into operation on 24th August 2020.
2. Wards as set out in the Schedule are designated as rural areas for the purpose of Article 42 (1F) of the Rates (Northern Ireland) Order 1977.
3. The Rates (Automatic Telling Machines) (Designation of Rural Areas) Order (Northern Ireland) 2016(1) is revoked.
